Your stay at this property is conditional upon strict compliance with the following rules, guidelines, and legal agreements. By entering the premises, you expressly accept full responsibility for your actions, personal safety, and the safety of any dependents accompanying you. This document constitutes a binding legal agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. General Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Respect Nature<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Guests shall leave no trace, remove all waste, and minimize environmental impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Emergency Communication<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Mobile signal may be weak or unavailable. Guests must familiarize themselves with emergency radios and pre-designated contact numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. First Aid<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Guests should know the location of the first aid kit within the cabin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Mountain High Retreat \u2013 Host Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    By staying at Mountain High Retreat, guests fully acknowledge and agree to the following binding terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. All activities, including but not limited to hiking, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, cycling, wildlife observation, and exploration, involve inherent risks, including uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, adverse weather, and natural hazards.<\/li><\/ol>\n

        1. Guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, including injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Personal Responsibility<\/strong>
          1. Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and the safety of any minors or dependents in their care.<\/li><\/ol>
            1. Mountain High Retreat provides no supervision, training, or personal protective equipment. Guests must ensure they are physically and mentally prepared for all activities.<\/li><\/ol>\n

              1. Guests must exercise caution, follow all rules, and properly use any equipment provided.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Medical Emergencies<\/strong>
                1. Guests must provide for their own medical needs, including medications, first aid supplies, and evacuation insurance.<\/li><\/ol>\n

                  1. Mountain High Retreat does not provide medical services, emergency rescue, or transportation. Guests must contact local emergency services directly in case of medical incidents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. Damage, Theft, and Loss<\/strong>
                    1. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to Retreat property caused by their actions, negligence, or misuse.<\/li><\/ol>\n

                      1. Mountain High Retreat assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings anywhere on the property.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      2. Wildlife and Natural Hazards<\/strong>
                        1. Guests acknowledge the presence of wildlife, insects, and natural hazards on the property.<\/li><\/ol>\n
                            \n
                          1. Guests shall not approach, feed, or interact with wildlife and must take all reasonable precautions to prevent encounters. The Retreat is not liable for injuries or losses resulting from wildlife or natural conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          2. Comprehensive Liability Waiver<\/strong>
                            1. Guests waive any and all claims against Mountain High Retreat, its owners, staff, contractors, or affiliates for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from their stay or participation in activities.<\/li><\/ol>\n

                              1. Guests agree not to initiate legal action and expressly release the Retreat from liability, including negligence, accidents, or acts of other guests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              2. Farm Animal Safety<\/strong>
                                1. Guests acknowledge that farm animals are present and may be dangerous if provoked or mishandled.<\/li><\/ol>\n

                                  1. Entry into enclosures, feeding, or interaction with animals without staff permission is prohibited. The Retreat is not liable for any injuries caused by such interactions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                  2. Compliance with Rules<\/strong>\n

                                    1. Guests must comply with all Retreat rules and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                                            2. Remain Vigilant<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Be alert, especially at dawn and dusk. Monitor surroundings carefully.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                            3. Secure Food and Scented Items<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Store in wildlife-proof containers. Do not leave outside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                            4. Prevent Attraction<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Cook only in designated areas and clean immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                            5. Bear and Predator Safety<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Carry bear spray or noise devices. Alert animals by making noise while on trails. Do not run if confronted; back away slowly while facing the animal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
