MOUNTAIN HIGH FARMS REGENERATIVE PARTNER NETWORK

Mountain High Farms is launching a new development initiative designed to help other farmers by uniting regenerative producers under one trusted premium brand.

Through our Regenerative Partner Network, we collaborate with farms whose production systems meet regenerative standards aligned with Mountain High Farms principles — rotational grazing, pasture-based nutrition, animal welfare integrity, minimal external inputs, minimal additional feed, and full traceability.

Selected partners gain the opportunity to sell their products under the Mountain High Farms brand, accessing established sales channels, retail partnerships, HoReCa networks, and direct-to-consumer platforms.

We will work with producers of grass-fed beef, Dorper or other lamb, forest-raised pork, pastured poultry, alpine artisan cheese, and other regenerative animal products.

Mountain High Farms provides brand licensing, quality verification, packaging integration, marketing support, and market development. Partner farms retain operational independence while benefiting from consolidated branding and professional sales infrastructure.

This initiative strengthens supply consistency, expands regenerative food availability, and builds a unified premium identity for responsibly produced Armenian agriculture.

Our vision is clear: scale regeneration through disciplined cooperation, verified standards, and structured market access.

We are currently identifying aligned farms and early-stage collaborators ready to grow.

Regeneration is stronger together. 🌱

GEGHATAP REVIVAL PROJECT

The Gehgatap Revival Project is a structured rural development initiative aimed at revival of abandoned Geghatap village located in the heart of the Dilijan National Park. Its objective is to transform underutilized land into a fully integrated regenerative farming, artisan production, and eco-tourism hub. The project combines soil restoration, forest-based enterprise, premium food production, and sustainable hospitality infrastructure to create a scalable model for alpine economic revitalization.

Core components include adaptive rotational grazing based on Mountain High Farms’ Black Angus cattle and Dorper sheep productions, added with alpine goat cheese, forest pigs, pastured poultry productions, hardwood log–based Shiitake mushroom cultivation in managed oak and beech forests, and high-value perennial crops such as amaranth and asparagus. The development also includes a boutique eco-hotel, cottages, farm-to-table dining, and educational facilities integrated directly with farm operations.

We are currently seeking strategic collaborators and impact-oriented investors to support capital deployment, technical partnerships, and phased implementation. Opportunities exist in agricultural production, dairy processing, forest agriculture, hospitality development, and brand expansion.

Gehgatap Revival is positioned as a long-term, asset-backed regenerative platform — combining profitability, ecological restoration, and regional economic impact within one coherent development structure. 🌱

FOREST PIG DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Forest Pig Development Project is an expansion-phase regenerative silvopasture initiative structured for strategic collaboration and growth capital 🌲🐖. The objective is to establish a scalable, commercially viable forest-based pork production system that simultaneously restores woodland ecosystems and produces premium, high-margin protein.

The project will convert designated forest parcels into managed rotational paddock systems using electric fencing, mobile infrastructure, and adaptive stocking density protocols. Pigs will be integrated into oak and beech dominant woodland, utilizing natural mast, understory vegetation, and controlled rooting behavior to stimulate soil biology, reduce invasive brush, and accelerate nutrient cycling. Strict riparian buffer zones and erosion controls are embedded into the design to ensure environmental compliance and long-term ecological stability.

Phase I includes infrastructure deployment, breeding stock acquisition, and pilot paddock implementation. Phase II scales herd size, integrates on-farm finishing, and develops branded premium forest pork for direct-to-consumer and hospitality markets. Revenue diversification may include charcuterie production, agritourism experiences, and educational workshops.

We are seeking aligned collaborators and/or investors interested in regenerative agriculture, premium protein markets, and land restoration. Capital participation, technical partnerships, and distribution alliances are welcome. This is an opportunity to participate in a vertically integrated model that aligns ecological restoration with measurable financial return. Serious inquiries and structured investment discussions are invited. 🌿

PASTURED CHICKEN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Mountain High Farms is launching a scaled pastured poultry initiative designed as an integrated regenerative enterprise within our broader grazing ecosystem. This is not a small batch hobby operation. It is a structured, growth-oriented development project built around mobile chicken tractor infrastructure, rotational pasture management, and premium direct-to-market sales 🐔🌿.

The project will deploy modular, predator-secure chicken tractors moved daily across managed pasture. This creates three parallel revenue and value streams: high-margin pastured broiler and French Mulard duck meat, measurable soil fertility improvement, and accelerated pasture regeneration that benefits our Angus and Dorper grazing systems. Poultry becomes both a product and a soil-building instrument.

Initial development targets phased capacity expansion, beginning with pilot flocks and scaling to continuous seasonal production cycles. Capital requirements include mobile infrastructure fabrication, brooder systems, water distribution, on-farm processing compliance, cold chain equipment, and brand expansion.

We will work with strategic collaborators and/or investors who understand regenerative agriculture, premium food markets, and vertically integrated farm models. Ideal partners may contribute capital and processing capacity.

Projected outcomes include strong cash turnover cycles, premium price positioning, and ecological asset appreciation through improved pasture productivity.

This project is designed for disciplined scaling, transparent financial modeling, and long-term land value enhancement.

Inquiries and partnership discussions are welcome.

SHIITAKE MUSHROOM DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Mountain High Farms is launching a high-altitude, forest-integrated shiitake mushroom production system designed to combine ecological regeneration with premium food output. Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is one of the world’s most valuable culinary and medicinal mushrooms, prized for its umami depth, functional health properties, and strong market demand across hospitality, retail, and export channels 🍄

Our model utilizes hardwood log cultivation and controlled low-energy incubation aligned with mountain forest conditions. The system is designed to integrate with regenerative forestry principles, utilizing thinning residues and improving woodland structure while generating high-value output per cubic meter of timber. This creates dual returns: ecological improvement and commercial production.

The project is structured in phases. Phase I establishes a pilot log yard and inoculation facility. Phase II scales production for fresh and dried shiitake supply to restaurants, premium retailers, and direct-to-consumer markets. Long-term expansion includes value-added products and integration with agro-tourism experiences at our mountain site.

We will work with strategic collaborators, and investment participation to scale infrastructure, optimize production efficiency, and accelerate market entry.

This is not simply mushroom production. It is forest-based regenerative enterprise with measurable environmental and financial upside 🌲📈

Partners and aligned capital are invited to engage.

Mountain High Farms is setting an exceptional standard for responsible and regenerative farming, ensuring that the greater environment is prioritized.
